I recently bought an Electric Scooter - Road Knight, Midi 4 wheel scooter.
The service my husband and I got at the shop was excellent, the staff being very helpful, both with advise and just generally very nice people. I bought the scooter because it was one of the ones that came apart for loading into the car, but we were also looking at some ramps to enable the scooter to be put in the back of the car by myself if I wanted to go out on my own. We tried the ramps that they had there, but were unable to find any that were light enough for me to use on my own, in fact, my husband found that the only ones available to use with my scooter were too heavy for him also. The staff gave us various organisations to contact to make enquiries about other ramps that might be lighter, so we were very happy with that also.
The only down side, and that is nothing to do with the staff in the shop, is that I have been waiting for 4 weeks to get a walking stick holder fitted to my scooter, sue to it being out of stock in the shop, and also being out of stock at their supplier. I am just waiting for the gentleman to come this afternoon to fit said item.
