Mobility scooters are a great aid for disabled and elderly people. Given increased independent to people who historically only been able to be mobile with the help of another person.

Walk in baths

For those who are unable or do not feel confident in using a traditional bath, walk in baths provides a excellent alternative. A walk in bath removes the need to climb in and out of the bath by using a door in the side of the bath. You simply open the door, walk in and sit down and fill the bath. Empty the bath then walk out.

Adjustable beds

Modern adjustable beds have the ability to adjust into varies profiles, adjusting both the head and legs. An adjustable bed can help with medical conditions such as bad back and swollen ankles. The bed can also be adjusted to aid in a comfortable nights sleep, as well as make the bed more comfortable for reading watching TV etc.

Stairlifts

If you live in a house and are finding it difficult to climb the stairs, a stairlift could be the answer. Climbing stairs can become a real task, and before the stairlift you would had considered moving house. How a stairlift will enable you to stay in your current house and remove the task of climbing stairs. Stairlifts can be fitted to both straight and curved stairs.

Electric Riser Chairs

A riser chair will aid you greatly if you find in difficult to exit a normal chair. The riser chair will rise to put you in an almost standing position removing the difficulty to exit your chair. Adjustable riser chairs can also be adjusted to increase your comfort whilst sitting. The back and legs may be adjustable to find a comfortable sitting position.
