Comments: This is used by my husband who is disabled and now says he doesn't know how he managed without it, have only had it ten months but we are very pleased with it.

How has it enhanced your quality of life: Yes has made life a lot easier for my husband to go up and downstairs.

Comments: The installers were only about 85% expert as I had to call them back twice for explanations and modification. Their finishing join on the track's center was not very good and emits a noise when going over it, but the last chap that came fixed it to some extent. Other than this minor quibble, it works fine and does its job.

I have had this now for just over 12 months, and during the first 3-4 months of use, I was literally Bombarded with advice to take out the extra term of insurance. The price of which came to almost the same price that I paid for the lift, I eventually informed the Big Chief of my feelings and I haven't heard since. I take the view that if something is goes wrong, then what I have to pay for repair, may come to somewhere near the insurance premium.??

Easy to use, Reliable so far, Quality about 95% How has it enhanced your quality of life: Without this I would have had to go to a home somewhere or work out some way of living downstairs after my foot operation, the recuperation of which has turned out to be the best part of twelve months and I am just beginning to use the stairs again. BUT! The lift will now be there for future reference!
