“I have had my mobility scooter for 6 months now and it has made such a difference to my life.

I am able to be much more independent now.  I can do my own shopping whereas before I was having to ask friends for their help.  I was paying out anything between £30-£40 in taxis per week so the scooter will return the £1,300 I paid for it in 40 weeks.

On a lovely day like today I can get on my scooter and go into town and have a coffee or lunch out which I was unable to do before without adding £6( the cost of the taxis) to the bill.”
