Before you buy consider the following question about the company you may be buying from:

• Do they offer national coverage?
• Does the company offer an assessment if required; ensuring you buy is the right one for you?
• Will they assemble scooter when delivered?
• Will they complete a safety check and demonstrate the scooter?
• Does the company offer a full warranty and visit YOU should anything break. Some companies will require the scooter to be sent back to the manufacturer in the original packaging to be repaired, you may have to pay for the postage.
• Does the company employ their own technicians to repair any faults?
• Do they offer any other mobility products which may be of interest?
