Comments: My husband and myself have recently begun to struggle more and more with our stairs at home and although it's a little large we do not feel ready to leave our family home of over 40 years.

We contacted Acorn stair lifts via an internet site and they sent a representative round the very next day to measure up and give us a quote. He was friendly and professional and we are really please with the price as we found that straight stair cases, such as ours, are the most economical to fit to. We actually placed the order there and then.

Within a week the lift was installed, they arrived promptly at 09:00 and it only took them the morning to fit.

This stair lift is so easy to use with one simple control, I do not know how we did without it, here's to the next 10 years of life at home.

Comments: Good product, although initial teething problems were experienced.
Some poor sales advice - unsuitable seat, still not rectified.  Very expensive after sales care. 

How has it enhanced your quality of life: Huge improvement to the quality of my daughter's life.  She can now go back to using her bedroom and has access to the bathroom.  No regrets in purchasing this item.
