Consideration before you buying riser recliner chairs:

  • What is the purpose of the chair; to aid in exiting the chair; to make sitting more comfortable? Some chairs can rise you into an almost standing position to exit the chair and/or be adjustable to make sitting comfortable.
  • Will the chair be placed near a power socket?
  • Consider the material; is it important that it fits in with other furniture and is comfortable to sit on.

Questions to ask before you buy:

  • Does the company offer an assessment if required; ensuring the chair you buy is the right one for you?
  • Does the company offer a full warranty and visit YOU should anything break. Some companies will require the chair to be sent back to the manufacturer to be repaired, you may have to pay for the postage.
  • Will they assemble the chair if required when delivered?
  • Does the company employ their own technicians to repair any faults?
  • Do they offer national coverage?
  • Do they offer any other mobility products which may be of interest?

We only deal with companies which can answer YES to the above questions.
