Our preferred mobility suppliers...

In addition to our checks of insuring a minimum number of 3 years trading plus full insurance when we start our relationship, our preferred suppliers also adhere to the following Trading Standards checklist of questions:

Has the company been in business for a number of years, and does it have other customers in the area?

Can the company offer a wide choice of models or manufacturers?

Does the company offer comprehensive service plans?

If the product goes wrong, does the company send their own staff to repair it, or do you have to deal with an agent?

Can the company offer other products to help you?

BEWARE

There are two main areas to question before buying, especially if purchasing a mobility scooter:

  1. Does the company offer an assessment to ensure the product is right for you?
  2. Do they offer a warranty which ensures they come to you to fix any potential problems? Some mobility companies will NOT – you will have to return the product to the seller, you may have to pay for postage and in some cases return the product in the original packaging.

WE DO NOT OPERATE WITH COMPANIES WHICH WORK ON THIS BASIS
